Job Description:
Infosys is looking to onboard a seasoned Sr. Consultant with Oracle Order Management and Oracle Purchasing skills. The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for implementation and roll outs of Oracle Order management solutions for our clients. The selected candidate is also responsible of completing the work by coordinating with internal and external teams and communication with leadership team on timely basis at various stages. Role includes interactions with customer process consultants, business SME and Technical members to understand and analyze various processes. Role will also derive automation opportunities and make recommendations from the discussions.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Columbus, Ohio or be willing to relocate to the area. It is 100% onsite job and no remote work is accepted. This position may require travel in the US.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Minimum 4 Years of Experience in Information Technology.
- Should be a subject matter expert with implementation experience in order management (OM).
- Candidate primarily should have good implementation experience in purchasing modules of EBS.
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Order management and Purchasing modules implementation.
- Should have end to end oracle EBS R12.x.x Implementation experience for Order Management (OM) Track.
- Hands on experience in implementation and support of Order Management (OM).
- Should be able to understand Business requirements and map them to proposed solutions/enhancements.
- Testing and deployment of custom solutions for Order Management and Purchasing modules.
- Participate in functional testing and co-ordinate with cross functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed.
- Onsite-Offshore communication and work management.
- Leading Super User training and supporting other training related activities.
- Coordination with other tracks for delivery of end-to-end business processes.
- Supporting Data Conversions for OM data elements.
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Able to clearly articulate business requirement and Solution Design.
- Should be well versed with data extraction & migration processes.
- Should be able to Co-ordinate with Business Users, Inter track and Client leadership.
- Experience managing team size of 3-5 would be a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
