Expected Compensation Range: $55,000 - $67,000

Are you a driven individual, ready to grow and develop your skills? Radley Staffing, a leader in staffing and recruiting for the construction industry, seeks a passionate Sales Associate to join the sales department.
What You’ll Do:
- Client Engagement: Support our outside sales team processes and enhance client service delivery.
- Lead Generation: Discover and qualify leads by researching industry trends, identify newly awarded developments, and maintain a strong prospect pipeline for each of the sales representatives in your territory.
- Trade Marketing: Support, co-create, and develop innovative trade marketing initiatives.
- Marketing Initiatives: Contribute to and assist in developing innovative marketing strategies.
- Networking: Support the ales team at select industry events and client engagements throughout the year to deepen client relationships within Radley Staffing.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Field days are required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to multi-task
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
