Seeking an experienced PM who has managed ground up construction projects for warehouses, distribution centers, big-box retail, or similar to join an industry leading contractor operating locally in Florida and throughout the Southeast US.

This is an office-based role but you may need to visit project sites occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle from soup to nuts
- Manage project budgets, pay apps, and invoicing
- Provide timely status reports to stakeholders, both internal and external
- Coordinate with on-site Superintendent(s) to ensure projects stay on track and within budget
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ground up commercial construction
- Experience with tilt-up construction highly preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
