Growing stable manufacturer needs someone to act as a lead in the maintenance department overseeing facilities, equipment in the plant. Will schedule and maintain production/packaging equipment including blenders, HVAC, packaging equipment, gearboxes, and motors. Will review the maintenance plans and call in outside contractors when necessary, develop and maintain documentation including maintenance SOP’s, maintain inventory of spare parts, and assist in the installation, assembly, and testing of new machines. Strong mechanical and electrical equipment required. Will consider a lead mechanic for this position. Position will require 3+ years experience with maintenance in a food or related industry.
