Dry Mix Concrete Plant Manager – West Palm Beach, FL
Our client is seeking an experienced Dry Mix Concrete Plant Manager to oversee their high-output facility in West Palm Beach. This role requires managing a dry batch operation producing high-strength concrete for large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage plant operations, overseeing production of 100,000-150,000 yards of concrete annually.
- Lead and train a team, including 15-20 drivers and 1-2 plant foremen.
- Ensure safety, performance, and compliance with company and industry standards.
- Oversee maintenance, safety training, and daily operations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of plant management experience (dry mix).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in high-volume production environments.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Total package: up to $95,000, including base salary and bonus.
- Car allowance: $1,000/month.
