Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative tasks. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day operations, manage office activities, and provide general administrative support.
- Temp-to-Hire position
- Fully on-site in Livermore, CA.
- $20-23.00 Hourly
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain contact lists and calendars.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Admin Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
