We at Coforge are Call Center Agent with the following skillset:
- Accurately performs insurance verification’s by taking inbound calls from or performing outbound calls to Insurance Agents/Regional Offices, and or research approved websites to verify insurance information as needed for each specific situation.
- Work the inbound/outbound call queue by taking/making inbound/outbound calls or web verifications.
- Accurately composes written information for contracts histories.
- Accurately verify, key, and/or memo insurance information in relation to all Creditor Placed Insurance (CPI) product types and CPI cancels.
- Process insurance information received from agents, lenders, and borrowers on the tracking system.
- Review insurance policies for compliance with lender requirements.
- Meets set goals for productivity.
- Meets assigned workload expectations.
- Other duties as assigned.
