Sr. Tech Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in agile methodologies and Scrum practices, extensive experience with Jira, and familiarity with implementing SAAS products and data integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple projects using agile methodology, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Scrum teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Utilize Jira for tracking and managing project tasks, user stories, and team performance metrics.
• Oversee the implementation of SAAS products and ensure seamless data integration across systems.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure that project objectives are met.
• Coach and mentor team members on agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure clear communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with agile methodology and Scrum practices.
• Proficiency in using Jira for project and task management.
• Experience with implementing SAAS products and data integration.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the IT or software development industry.
• Familiarity with other project management tools and methodologies.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications in project management or related fields.
