Entry-Level Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
Our staffing agency is looking for an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to place with one of our clients. This position is perfect for individuals looking to begin their career in office administration. You will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and routing phone calls and emails
- Greeting visitors and assisting with inquiries
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments
- Handling office supply inventory and ordering
- Filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Supporting meetings by preparing materials and taking minutes
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting with additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
