$110,000 base + up to 20% bonus
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Campus Recruiter to join a leading global investment management firm. In this role, you will support a global campus recruitment team by leading U.S. university recruitment efforts, including organizing campus events and building relationships with key academic institutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence campus recruitment strategies and gain global exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing a high volume of applications from universities around the world.
- Lead U.S. campus recruitment activities such as career fairs, information sessions, and interviews.
- Develop and maintain relationships with U.S. universities and academic institutions.
- Implement strategies to attract top talent in Quantitative, STEM, and other relevant fields.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs.
- Organize and oversee campus recruitment events to enhance employer branding.
- Utilize data and analytics to assess and improve the effectiveness of recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in campus recruitment, preferably in the investment or asset management sector.
- Understanding of the investment management market and familiarity with Quant and STEM hiring preferred.
- Experience in planning and executing successful campus recruitment events and strategies.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
