Job Summary
The high-volume Recruiter is responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process for both hourly and salaried positions within Kysor Warren’s manufacturing operations. The focus of this position will be on sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for production, technical, engineering, and other key manufacturing roles.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment events
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial interviews, evaluating candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate qualifications
- Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipeline)
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates
- Maintain compliance with legal hiring requirements and company policies
Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Skills
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, social media, job boards)
- Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS, UKG, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

- Ability to work with minimal supervision
