Job Description: Responsible for coordinating and managing project activities. This Includes project schedules, budgets, manufacturing, milestones, reporting, subcontractors, contract management and oversight
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for assisting the project director in leading all aspects of the project
- Responsible for active management of assigned bid package profit and/or loss within the project
- Responsible for meeting all project deliverables on time and meeting quality objectives established and expected by the company
- Responsible for reporting project status (commercial, schedule, contractual, soft issues, etc.) to project stakeholders both internal and external
- Responsible for bid package project coordination to include coordination of engineering, purchasing, change management, manufacturing, installation and validation / documentation requirements
- Work with project financial analyst to ensure the bid package cost data is understood and that future status forecast is properly represented
- May participate in front-end sales and estimating, pricing, take-offs, etc.
- The ability to travel to any job site (potentially International travel) and stay for an extended period of time is an essential job duty.
- Very strong communication skills and relationship skills are required.
Experience: This position requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in Industrial manufacturing or construction industry (custom, modular, HVAC experience preferred.)A strong technical knowledge of this equipment Is required.
- Education: a 4-year degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
