Our private equity investment client is growing and seeking an experienced Senior Director of Finance to lead the financial strategy for their expanding portfolio of premium beverage brands. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, you will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, long-range business planning and regulatory compliance while managing and overseeing Finance and Accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic financial plans aligned with company objectives, focusing on profitable growth and market expansion.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and long-term financial forecasting, monitoring performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, implementing strategies to safeguard assets and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and investment evaluations to drive business growth.
- Manage, oversee, and mentor the finance and accounting team, promoting professional development and cross-functional collaboration.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years in finance/accounting, with 5+ years in leadership.
- Industry experience in Food & Beverage Manufacturing and/or cost environment highly preferred.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, long-range business planning, ERP systems (i.e. Acumatica), and advanced Excel.
Hybrid work schedule based out of Redmond/Woodinville. Base salary up to $200,000 depending on experience plus discretionary annual bonus, including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k retirement plans plus match, and accrued PTO/sick policy.
