The successful candidate will preferably have two or more years of experience in advising both public and private school clients in labor and employment matters.
All candidates must have an extensive understanding of education law including, but not limited to: Student Right and Discipline, Privacy Rights and Constitutional Issues, Discrimination / Harassment, Grievance Arbitration, Teacher’s Tenure Act, Title IX, School Policy, and more. Excellent writing and communications skills are required as well as high academic credentials.
