Jan-Pro of Charlotte is pleased to announce an opening in our growing Regional Office for a Business Account Manager. This is a dynamic position, using organization and management skills. Must have a desire to coach and provide business support to entrepreneurs develop their business in the commercial cleaning industry. As a Business Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention; understand clients' needs, communicate effectively, and ensure exceptional service. This role requires a combination of sales, customer service, and strategic thinking to maximize client success and company revenue.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand clients' business goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Account Planning and Strategy:
- Develop account plans to align with clients' objectives and company goals.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that meet clients' evolving needs.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Actively identify and pursue opportunities to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
- Present and promote additional products or services to existing clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Communication and Coordination:
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with various departments (e.g., sales, marketing, and support) to ensure client needs are met.
- Provide regular updates and reports on account status and performance.
Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to find solutions and prevent recurrence of issues.
Client Retention:
- Implement retention strategies to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Market Knowledge:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Use market insights to anticipate client needs and position the company as a valuable partner.
Additional Qualifications:
- Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to achieve goals and objectives.

- A satisfactory criminal background and reference check, a valid driver’s license, and an acceptable driving record.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S without sponsorship.
This is a non - exempt position.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary + commission, company paid health and dental benefits, 401K with company match, PTO, company car, company credit card, mobile phone, iPad, and a laptop.
Total compensation range from $60,000 - $70,000 annually
