Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to join their team! This position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Duties:
- Responsible for the operational excellence of on-site experience for guests, customers, partners, vendors, and employees
- Multi-task many projects at one time while being able to quickly recognize, adapt, and respond to changing stakeholder needs
- Help coordinate and run in-office events including communications, food, beverage, set-up, tear down, and clean up
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 2+ years relevant work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Candidate should have strong time management, analytical skills, and effective communication skills
- Working knowledge of Google Suite programs
- Highly personable, professional and customer service focused with great attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, and work on your feet for up to 2 hours at a time
- Bilingual, Spanish and English
