Revology Cars is hiring a Recruiter/Human Resources Administrator at the Orlando, Florida facility where we build 1965-1968 Ford® Mustang® and Shelby® GT new licensed reproduction rolling chassis and restored original automobiles.
About the Job
The Recruiter/Human Resources Administrator at Revology Cars manages and implements programs that support employee engagement, productivity, and company objectives. The Human Resources Generalist / Administrative Assistant is responsible for recruiting, employee/labor relations, employee records, and various administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including placing job postings, interviewing, screening, managing candidates, and making recommendations to hiring managers
- Manage the onboarding and off boarding processes
- Provide support for employees with questions regarding policy, grievances, compensation and benefits plans, and other employee relations matters
- Handle administrative matters including non-disclosure agreements, scheduling internal cross-functional and external meetings and events, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or management
- Proficient in the use of IT productivity tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must read, write, and speak English and Spanish fluently
- Minimum of two years of recruiting experience
Pay and Benefits
- Salary range is $73,000 - $81,000
- Company-sponsored medical, dental, and vision coverage, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- 401(k) with up to 4% company match
- Three weeks of paid vacation plus one week of sick leave
