Position Summary: The Desktop Engineering role will provide platform & system management across the Windows enterprise. This multifaceted team drives automation with strategic engineering and focuses heavily on improving the end user experience. The team is constantly challenged to meet dynamic business needs with efficiency and transformation leveraging automation.
Specific Responsibilities
Support Microsoft Modern Management platforms which include Intune, SCCM, Cloud Management Gateway, Windows Autopilot, Co-management, MEM and Azure Application Portals.
Support Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Managerinfrastructure and support components.
Create Deployments/Collections/Applications within a Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Managerenvironment.
Download and deploy Monthly MS Security Updates within Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
Create automation scripts using PowerShell and\or other scripting languages.
Advanced queries of Configuration Manager Database to support.
Provide 3rd level support for desktop support technicians.
Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager experience.
5 years’ experience with Windows OS Platform management and support.
- Strong technical proficiency of architecture and supporting components of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager in an enterprise environment.
Advanced knowledge of server and client maintenance, troubleshooting, SQL query writing, SUP, and application deployments.
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager OSD (Operating System Deployment) technical experience is preferred.
- Windows 10/11 technical support experience with advanced knowledge of the Windows registry, file and folder security, local/domain user security, and operating system troubleshooting.
