Responsibilities
Assist with drafting motions, pleadings and discovery
Assist with trial preparation
Ability to handle major filings
Any other duties required of the role
Qualifications
Excellent legal writing skills
Significant State and Federal Litigation
In court experience is a plus
Team oriented
MUST BE BARRED IN NC!!!!
