Shift: 7P-7A (36 Hours)
Pay Range: $27.00 - $40.00/hr. (Based on Experience) + Benefits
Job Description:
Job Summary
- Performs all aspects of direct respiratory care according to physician’s orders and/or approved protocols.
- Consults physicians on effectiveness of therapy and makes appropriate recommendations.
- Provides appropriate ventilator support and maintains and monitors other cardiopulmonary life support equipment.
- Maintains and properly utilizes respiratory care equipment.
Skills & Education:
- Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider status according to American Heart Association.
- RRT Certs Required: BLS, ACLS, NRP and PALS
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, NCRRT Required Therapists must have at least 2 years of NICU and PICU experience
- Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Respiratory Care.
- Associate’s RRT or RRT Equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
