JOB SUMMARY
The Consumer Direct Care Network team provides care and support for people in their homes and communities. The Application Administrator (Microsoft Dynamics) documents, maintains, administers, supports, and trains on new and existing IT systems and applications. This position will need to promote cohesiveness in the office environment and support day-to-day operations. The Application Administrator (Microsoft Dynamics) works closely with Business Leadership to develop quality processes and fully use IT applications.
JOB DUTIES

- Provide peer mentoring and training to coworkers in clear, non-technical language
- Maintain IT systems for a high level of uptime and security.
- Make recommendations for needed system upgrades/changes.
- Configure, test, administer, and maintain systems, application software, and system management tools.
- Plan and implement systems automation as needed for better efficiency.
- After-hours work as needed for system upgrades and outages.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years of Application Administration experience in a Microsoft Dynamics Environment
- Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Experience in at least two or more of the following: SQL, CRM Software, Azure, Power Automate, Logic App.
- Be able to successfully pass a background screening.
- Employees must provide their own reliable internet if working a remote/hybrid position
