About the Client:
We are representing a commercial General Contractor based in Tulsa, OK who undertake commercial construction projects ($10M - $20M). They are currently looking to grow their team. This General Contractor is looking to add an experienced Construction Project Manager with ground up commercial project experience. This PM will need to have been the lead on these projects previously and have a demonstrated track record of good tenure.
Qualifications
- This General Contractor is looking to add an experienced Construction Project Manager with ground up commercial project experience, specifically, $10M - $20M in value
- This PM will need to have been the lead on these projects previously and have a demonstrated track record of good tenure
- 5 years' experience as a construction Project Manager for a General Contractor
- Strong scheduling, quality, safety, and field management experience
- Ability to lead and assess trade performance on the job
Responsibilities
- The Project Manager will have a strong track record of completing commercial construction projects, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout the project
- Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
- Develop and manage project schedules
- Manage subcontractor performance relationships
- Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects
- Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management
- Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program
- Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and Company safety program
