Media Investment Associate Print/OOH
Position Description
The position of Media Investment Associate reports to the VP Director of Print/OOH. The Associate possess the ability to work constructively with other supervisors and buyers within the department to handle media buying tasks seamlessly.
Essential Job Functions
- Provide support to supervisors on assigned projects.
- Demonstrates the required skills to input and maintain the media schedule.
- Track materials, monitor creative delivery and distribute proof of performance reports to appropriate buying team
- Demonstrates accuracy in all projects.
- Meets timelines and deadlines on projects.
- Maintains good organizational skills.
- Schedule meetings with vendors and manage the calendar for the Print/OOH team.
- Liaison to the billing department to assist with any billing inquiries.
- Assist the team on internal projects for various ICON marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- 0-1 year of media experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power point and Outlook.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with both internal and external colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree required
