Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in healthcare insurance, data management, and reporting analysis for a 12+ month contract in Philadelphia, PA . The role will manage data-centric projects, focusing on healthcare insurance systems, databases, and reporting. Candidates must be local to the Delaware Valley and work onsite at our Center City Philadelphia office three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead healthcare data projects from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee data integration and reporting systems for healthcare insurance.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS, etc.).
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Prepare and deliver project documentation and regular progress reports.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare insurance and data systems.
- MUST have Expertise with healthcare data platforms (SQL, Oracle) and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- MUST have Knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, CMS).
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- PMP or CSM certification is preferred.
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
