We are seeking a tenacious and engaged Sales Leader, to function in a player-coach role for a growing $300M+ business services organization. You'll have the autonomy to craft your own strategies across the sales organization in a wide-open U.S. territory. This is a critical role to the future of the sales organization and will report directly to the Board Director.
In this role, you will actively build, manage, and supplement the sales organization's efforts. Initially, you will also be actively selling to the larger accounts while leading a young, growing sales team that thrives on flexibility and collaboration, with robust support from leadership.
- Established brand with over 40 years of experience in HR and IT solutions, serving clients across all 50 states and multiple countries.
- 3X revenue growth over the last 5 years with the strategic shift to a comprehensive service provider.

Compensation and Benefits:
- $120K-$160K base salary, with 50% variable compensation leading to $240K-$320K+ OTE, and uncapped commission based on margin.

The Right Background:
- 7+ years of experience actively selling net new business opportunities.
- Player/Coach - or leadership equivalent experience preferred.
- PEO/Payroll/Staffing experience highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a top university highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas.
- Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time for customer events.
- Athletic or military backgrounds are preferred, reflecting discipline, resilience, and competitive drive.
