Required Skills & Experience
• PE license
• Bachelors in Civil Engineering
• 10 years of experience of professional engineering design and PM experience
• Experience with land development, site planning, grading design and construction document preparation
• Experience developing and designing construction details
• Experience holding and maintaining long term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
•Residential Projects: Single Family Subdivisions Planned Unit Developments Affordable Housing Manufactured Housing
• Proficient AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• QA/QC experience
Job Description
A client is looking for a Licensed PE Sr Project Manager in the San Antonio, TX area to support multiple residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Management of design development, preparation and/or administration of the contract documents, opinions of probable construction costs, agency correspondence, client relations, staff supervision and mentoring. Projects include but are not limited to commercial, residential, and multi-family developments, mixed-use type projects, rezoning due diligence, public facilities, and other site development or utility projects.
• Permitting submittals and coordination with authorities having jurisdiction.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills that allow you to effectively and professionally interact with clients, authorities having jurisdiction and the public.
