Our client is looking for a qualified & experienced individual to join their team and fulfill the role of Commercial Construction Project Manager.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION (Ground up preferred)
- Estimating/Bidding experienced preferred
- Submittals, RFI's, Meetings, Agenda, Close-out
- Manage multiple projects on budget and as scheduled
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
- Experience with MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook and Bluebeam
