We are seeking a Division Manager Data Center Construction to drive growth and profitable operations within our clients' Industrial Power & Controls Division. This leadership role involves overseeing project management, talent development, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in heavy industrial electrical construction, data center, and instrumentation projects (union environment)
- 5+ years in operations management with P&L responsibility ($125M+)
- Strong expertise in construction management, program/account management, and contract negotiation
- Proven track record of business growth and strategic planning
- Technical business-related degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the President
- Collaborate with corporate and operating units to enhance market strategy and share
- Manage financial reviews and project assessments
- Lead employee performance and succession planning
