Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, and discovery requests.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
- Organize and maintain case files and documentation.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
- Manage case calendars, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Prepare trial exhibits and assist in trial preparation.
- Assist with the filing of documents in court and electronic filing systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury law.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
