LHH is searching for an EHS Manager for one of our Manufacturing clients near the Milwaukee, WI area.
If you like spending time on the production floor and being hands-on with Safety, this is your role!
What you will do:
- Maintain, Promote, and Grow the safe work culture
- Partner with shop floor employees to develop and engage safety culture
- Training- For new hires as well as annual training
- Foster the growth of upcoming EHS Professional in a team environment
- Environmental reporting
- Accident/Incident investigation
- Partner with safety committee to ensure employee satisfaction with program
What you bring:
- People skills and communication
- Occasional flexibility for off-shift training
- Ability to formally and informally influence people and change
- At least 3-5 years of experience.
