Electrical Project Manager
Allied Resources is seeking the expertise of an Electrical Project Manager to join our team! In this role you’ll will work closely with the project management team and field leadership to facilitate industry-best quality, productivity, safety, and timely completion of the assigned solar projects. A day in the life:
- Responsible for leading, planning, and executing projects, including the creation and management of construction budgets.
- Act as main point of contact for the construction team; attending management meetings, reviews, and project walks.
- Work closely with field leadership on projects to provide a safe construction site, top-quality installation, and complete projects on budget and on schedule.
- Lead and execute project planning, including resource allocation, construction schedules, and safety protocols.
The wish list:
- 2+ years of experience in an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager roles.
- Experience working on a 100MW project or larger in the utility-scale solar/ renewable energy industry.
- Prior experience managing and leading a large team.
- Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC), and all scopes of PV installation work.
- Advanced knowledge of technology, installation methods, heavy equipment, and hand tools.
