My client is seeking a full-time Family Law Attorney to handle their case load in Southern Virginia. The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of Family Law experience, including arguing motions, assisting and leading custody/visitation trials, assisting and leading equitable distribution trials, etc., drafting various pre-trial pleadings, managing discovery, and directing paralegals to ensure deadlines are met.
Salary is dependent on experience, but Associates can make $100-250K per year.

Candidates without family law experience will not be considered.
