Job Description
- Handle all aspects of no-fault and bodily insurance defense litigation matters including court appearances, motions, briefs, client meetings, court conferences, settlement negotiations, and trials
- Interfacing and developing a rapport with our clients, claim customers, and office team.
- Handle caseload from inception to resolution independently.
- Maintain minimum billing requirements
Requirements
- 3-7 years of litigation experience preferred
- Licensed to practice in New York required
- Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills
- The ideal candidate will be eager, confident, and self-motivated and thrive in a collegial atmosphere
- Leadership qualities are a must
