Position: Nurse Navigator (RN) - Breast Health/Oncology
Location: Baltimore, MD
Base Salary : $85,000 to $105,000 + Best-In-Class Benefits

Following a collaborative team model, the Nurse Navigator identifies and manages high risk patient populations, coordinates their care, and provides safe, age appropriate patient care.
Skills and Certifications :
- BSN degree mandatory
- 4-5 years oncology nursing experience required; Outpatient setting experience preferred.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License
- American Heart Association CPR Certification
- Oncology Nurse Certification
Candidate Details:
- 2+ to 5 years experience
- Seniority Level - Associate
- Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree
- Willingness to Travel - Occasionally
Ideal Candidate:
- Must have prior oncology experience in inpatient/surgical or outpatient setting (outpatient preferred). Strong preference for OCN certification, or willingness to become certified after hire.
