Weekly Pay Range - $2743 To $3047 Job Title: Critical Care Float Pool Nurse Job Specialty: Critical Care Job Duration: 8-10 Weeks Shift: 12-Hour Nights Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours a Week Experience: 2+ Years Required License: New York License Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: EPIC Charting Experience Job Description: - Provide high-quality care to patients in the Critical Care Float Pool. - Handle a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2. - Utilize expertise in trauma management, craniotomy, bowel resections, stroke care, sepsis management, COVID care, and neuro interventional procedure post-operative care. - Manage patients with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS). - Administer and monitor drips such as Norepinephrine, Epinephrine, Vasopressin, and Dopamine. - Ensure compliance and professionalism at all times. - Adapt to dynamic clinical environments and patient needs.
