Boyle | Shaughnessy Law has an opening for an Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney in our Braintree, MA office.
Associate attorneys at BSL work closely with experienced shareholders, gaining valuable on the job. The Insurance Coverage Associate position will involve extensive legal research and analysis, along with active litigation of insurance coverage disputes and claims pursuant to G.L. c. 93A/176D.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-3 years of experience in insurance coverage analysis and litigation
- Strong academics
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Clerkship experience
- MA licensing (required)
