Job Description:
- Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Human Resources will lead a team of four direct reports, overseeing the HR function across five locations in the United States.
- Provides senior level HR Leadership including but not limited to managing personnel records & compliance, onboarding & training, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, organization development, training and special projects.
- Partners with Operations and Corporate Leadership as needed on strategic HR initiatives, including recruitment, engagement and retention strategy, employee recognition, and talent development programs.
- Partners with Operations Leaders and Trainers on new hire orientation and ongoing training programs.
- Processes all STD, LTD, FMLA, and Workers Compensation claims
- Provides reporting on HR KPI’s, including retention and turnover rates

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 8-10 years of human resource management experience required
- Experience in a warehouse/distribution or manufacturing workforce
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
