Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a Bilingual Call Center Administrator for our client a local Construction company serving the great Dallas-Fort Worth metro. The ideal candidate will have a solid amount of office experience, and have experience in a call center environment specifically. Must speak Spanish fluently for consideration.
Location: The Colony, TX (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Fully In-Office
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls in both English and Spanish
- Provide excellent customer service and support
-Scheduling Appointments & Entering PO's
-Communicate between company managers and field technicians
- Maintain accurate call logs and records
- Assist with administrative tasks and follow-up communication
- Ensure tasks are prioritized and deadlines are met
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (1 year experience required)
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in a Call Center or Customer Service environment
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check and drug test
