As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our products and services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives and resonate with our target audience.

KEY RESPONSIBLIITIES
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Lead the development of marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, social media, events, and PR.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates our products and resonates with our target audience.
- Utilize market research and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, industry influencers, and media outlets.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize campaigns for success.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with 3 years of experience in a leadership or management capacity.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and driving change in the energy industry.
- Experience in the energy sector or related industries is a plus.
