Offit Kurman, a dynamic and growing law firm, is seeking a highly experienced Family Law Paralegal with at least 5+ years of experience in New Jersey and New York family law. This full-time position will be based in our New York City office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in family law matters, including high-net-worth divorce, custody, and support cases.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and assist in trial preparation.
- Interact with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of family law paralegal experience in both NJ and NY.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience.
This position requires most days in the office during a probationary period, after which a hybrid schedule will be considered.
