Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our software platforms.
- Work closely with the development team to report and resolve bugs.

- Create and update technical documentation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical support.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of SQL databases and basic networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Linux and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
