Key Responsibilities:
- Join the Global Supply Chain Team to establish a strong supply base
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain for Mechanical and EDS hardware
- Lead contractual negotiations with suppliers, including Supply Agreements, NDAs, Terms and Conditions, and Statements of Work
- Develop strategies for cost modeling, risk mitigation, and the introduction of new technologies through market intelligence
- Create hardware roadmaps and analyze market trends
- Oversee various indirect spend categories, including Facilities and SaaS
- Drive the RFP and RFQ processes, coordinating supplier selection using a Total Cost of Ownership model
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working with electric vehicles or in a similar manufacturing environment
- 7+ years of supply chain experience, including new product introduction and contract negotiations.
- Strong background in supplier relationship management, especially with international suppliers.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and experienced with Source-to-Pay processes, including PLM, ERP, CLM, and procurement systems.
- Willingness to travel to various offices and supplier sites globally.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to supporting others.
- Passion for self-driving technologies and innovative problem-solving.
