This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead challenging projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the growth of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of projects, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and client communications.
- Lead the design, analysis, and renovation of existing structures, applying in-depth knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, serve as the subject-matter expert, and ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience, particularly with existing structures.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required; Structural Engineer (SE) license is a plus.
- Proven experience managing complex projects, leading teams, and delivering excellent client service.
