QLM Search is partnering a specialist division of this global Food & Ingredients group to recruit a Plant Manager to lead a key strategic site.
Reporting to the Senior Operations Director =, you will manage the leadership team of a major manufacturing site, take responsibility for setting strategic objectives and driving performance to exceed customer expectations.
- Leading the business, with supporting responsibility for P&L, capex and all functions on site to achieve strategic goals in line with group expectation;
- Driving the simplification of production processes through standardization, technology and innovation, and the implementation of Lean methodologies
- Working collaboratively with customers and the commercial team to effectively manage and develop current and future business plans;
- Implementing and developing a continuous improvement mindset, accountability and communication across the site and a clear focus on delivery of core activities.
