JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist, tend to, and anticipate guest needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist, tend to, and anticipate guest needs.
· Work closely with Bank's internal and external partners including catering, security team, audio visual team, events team and facility teams.
· Ability to multitask, strong organizational skills and excellent written and oral communication.
· Understand events taking place within the EMS reservation books and enter updates.
· Various administrative tasks such as: invoice processing, scheduling maintenance calls with vendors, registering guests and order office supplies among others.
· Flexibility to work early mornings or late evenings as needed.
· Understand meeting room capabilities and catering offerings.
· Familiarize frequent users within the building, and guests arriving to the center.
· Assist planner with light data entry for events.
QUALIFICATIONS
· 1 year of Front Desk Receptionist experience in Corporate environment.
· Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
· Proficiency within Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams).
· Ability to organize.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
