Agile Transformation Lead - 6 -8 Months Contract Assignment
Job Scope
You will be responsible for intake, prioritization and planning for both horizontal and vertical requirements, including initiatives across different pillars/teams/businesses within the Global IT Group. You will also play a key role in guiding/coaching and recommending best-practice to ensure business efficiency, productivity, value and delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be an effective communicator, highly detailed and organized, have an analytical and logistical mindset and successfully bring Agile Release Train members together and have a shared understanding of Product strategy, vision, and needs and jointly plan for the upcoming quarter.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology pillar leads at both the Vertical (product) and Horizontal (Data, Operations, Platforms) through intake, prioritization processes to ensure requirements are well defined, resources allocated, and deliverables are transparent/tracked.
- Coach teams through making prioritization decisions based on business needs/value, requirement readiness, effort and resource allocations.
- Work through allocations for balancing maintenance/tech debt with business prioritized initiatives with potentially unplanned work for a value-add increment that is right sized based on team-size, needs and confidence to delivery.
- Manage monthly increment check-ins, retros and reporting of progress, blockers, risks/challenges
