🔹 🔸 Land Project Manager Needed! 🔸 🔹

What You'll Do:

Drive Community Openings: Manage BCTM schedules to ensure on-time openings of new communities or phases.
Customize Project Plans: Tailor templates and collaborate with experts to build unique checklists for each project.
Be the Connector: Liaison between Construction, Sales, Finance, Land, and external consultants to keep projects moving smoothly.
Keep Everyone on Track: Lead bi-weekly meetings and provide regular updates to ensure timely progress.
Support Land Team: Assist with projecting opening dates and land acquisitions while maintaining data management.
Manage Special Projects: Oversee schedules for HOA, amenities, and other community features.

Key Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's in Business or related field preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required.
Permitting Pro: Strong understanding of municipal permitting processes and HOA requirements.
Plan Whisperer: Ability to interpret land development and construction plans with ease.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in spreadsheets, word processing, and project scheduling tools.
