Job Title:
Delivery Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for customer satisfaction related to all services provided by YASH
- Regular connect with customer stakeholders
- Review overall program status with customer stakeholders
- Gather engagement and individual resource level feedbacks and resolve any issues
- Drive monthly engagement reviews and Quarterly Business Review Meetings
- Responsible for delivery excellence via on-time, under budget, quality delivery of all services
- Help review & improve governance frameworks --processes, measurements & reporting
- Lead, execute, validate content/estimates/model, and defend Statement of work for new potential opportunities
- Responsible for maintaining gross margins as per company defined goals
- Track and lead internal team utilization
- Regular 1 -1 with team members/leads (onshore/offshore)
- Identify adjacent growth opportunities and get the right team involved. Also, participate in high level requirement gathering session of the new opportunity
- Understand customer technical and business landscape and identify key business initiatives
Basic Qualifications
- At least 15+ years of experience in Information Technology
- At least 8+ years of Technical Program/Project Management/Delivery experience
- Experience managing complex and cross-functional projects
- Experience with agile or other program management methodologies
- Experience with application maintenance & support engagements (ITSM)
- Budget and resource management experience
- Customer service focused
