Compensation: $90k- $110k
Schedule: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
• Product Design & Development: Lead design efforts for components, systems, assemblies, and upgrades, ensuring high-quality results from concept through production.
• Technical Studies & Analysis: Perform design reviews, technical studies, and provide recommendations on mechanisms, structures, and system integrations.
• Prototyping & Testing: Manage prototype development, testing, and installations, documenting all results for further refinement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless design integration and development.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), schematics, technical drawings, and related documentation to ensure clarity for production teams.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks in design processes, offering recommendations to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• System Integration: Assist in the integration of systems and subsystems to meet customer requirements and ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 6 years of experience in new product development and creating production-quality technical data packages.
• SolidWorks CAD expertise, including complex part manipulation and surface creation.
• Experience with FEA and structural analysis is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with systems engineering processes, including milestone-driven workflows.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience conducting trade studies and providing well-justified recommendations.
• Knowledge of system-level integration and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechanical Design, or related field).
