POSITION OVERVIEW
The role of a Service Advisor is to provide comprehensive financial planning, client service, and relationship management for clients. The role will also assist Principals and Financial Advisors with client communications, participate in client meetings, research specific planning issues, gather data, and develop specialized analyses for a client’s comprehensive financial plan, as well as implement the plan. This is a position with room for advancement.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Utilize client service and wealth management expertise by providing comprehensive financial planning, foundational portfolio needs and complex client service issues. It’s critical to have knowledge of the financial markets and financial services.
- Participate in meetings with firm clients and prospective clients to gather data and prepare/present comprehensive plans
- Handle daily client requests and questions (phone & email), resolve inquiries, provide guidance, and make sure key information and documentation remain current
- Prepare client deliverables (reports, meeting documents, etc.)
- Ensure follow-up items are acted upon accurately, timely, and completely
- Work with CSAs on preparation and processing of new account paperwork, transfer paperwork, etc., ensuring quality, timeliness, and completion.
- Establishes and cultivates trusting relationships with new and existing clients, proactively helping them understand their investments and planning strategies
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Specific Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (Required)
• 3 - 5 years of work experience in financial services relevant to the position (Required)
• FINRA License (Required within first 6 months of hire) Insurance Licenses (Preferred)
• CFP®/ChFC® certification (Required)

Salary Range
$65,000 - $90,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
